We have
provided critical market review and financial projections for 4th
Street Live! in Louisville, the Kansas City Power & Light District,
and Pabst City in Milwaukee. Typically, our work involved reviewing
developer plans and projections to determine eligibility for special
economic development program financing, such as KTDA in Kentucky and
MoDESA in Missouri. It also involved bond payment projections. In
the case of Milwaukee, our professionals worked for the Comptroller’s
office and involved our urban planning expertise, market and financial
analysis and a critical review of the developer's business plan. In
Nassau County, New York, these skills again played a role as it related
to a multi-use district around the Nassau Coliseum.
