of Hospitality Consultants, our senior professionals have a deep understanding
of all facets of hotel development and operation. We have been directly
involved, or analyzed for other projects, nearly all of the public/private
convention hotel projects since 1995. In addition, we have a strong
background in resort projects, dating back to the 1980's golf-resort
boom. We understand the development financing tools used by both the
private and public sectors and help them determine the best course
of action. As discussed in our Owner’s Representation discussion,
we also manage the selection of management companies, developers,
architects and others involved in your project. We were instrumental
